My fundraising goal:   $500


This coming October 31, 2010 I will be participating in the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington D.C. in support of the Children of Peru Foundation. My goal is to raise at least $500 for this great charity which seeks to provide better healthcare and education for poor children in Peru.

For the past 2 years I have worked with the Atlanta Housing Authority in their efforts to deconcentrate poverty and bring hope to thousands of struggling families in the City of Atlanta. The Children of Peru Foundation is my chance to make a difference in the lives of struggling children in a country where government agencies are lacking the resources to support their own citizens. Please support me in my journey.

You can also send me (or directly to the Foundation) a check written to the Children of Peru Foundation. Please, put my name at the bottom of the check so that they recognize your donation towards my goal.
